ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. If an order requires additional verification or is affected by an unexpected delay, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.

SHIPPING ORIGIN
Valtvero orders are fulfilled and shipped from Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.

SHIPPING COST
Standard shipping is free for all Valtvero orders to destinations available at checkout, with no minimum purchase requirement. Any optional expedited service, when available, will be shown with its price at checkout.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Standard transit typically takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Combined with order processing of 3–5 business days, the estimated total delivery time is 10–20 business days. Estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by destination, carrier operations, customs processing, public holidays, weather, and other events outside our reasonable control.

TRACKING
After your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking information may take a short time to appear after dispatch.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless checkout clearly states that they are included. Customs processing can delay delivery.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible at support@valtvero.com if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing or ships, and we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

DELAYS, LOSS, OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or if your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, contact support@valtvero.com with your order number and checkout email. We will review the available carrier information and help determine the appropriate next step.
